The surface of the cylindrical shaped PDC cutters consists of premium synthetic diamond particles sintered together by high pressure and high temperature. The cutters of the PDC coring bits has high hardness, wear resistance and great tenacity, this drill bits are widely used in oil, gas, mining, engineering etc drilling fields.

PDC core bits are ideal for use with high powered drill rigs operating at relatively low rotation speeds, Bit drilling life and penetration can be much better compared with surface set bits.
